url() is not required in the theme function as it is already passed through file_create_url() in nodeapi. Also added a class 'slideshow' to the HTML output for easier theming.

Changed the info file. Attachment count is no longer displayed on teaser pages when it is in fact 0. Image size setting is now validated properly.

Added dependency on upload.module; made settings page accessible again; fixed a bug when the JavaScript file was not loaded; images are now always hidden on the attachment table; various junk cleaned up
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
