Forced function _tax_receipt_getvars() to return default values when called for URLs where arg(1) \!is_int(). This helps new nodes get created without errors.

Fixed several bugs with the receipt. It was querying for the official product price instead of the price paid by the user. That's an issue :) Resolved.

Initial commit of Tax Receipt module for ECommerce. Creates HTML emails to customers who purchase items (presumably from non-profits) that are eligible for tax deductions (primarily for US customers but I'd love to work with others to make this applicable to them as well).
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
