FEAT Added setting for maximum number of items in block

QUAL Renamed constants to OSInet standard: all caps, no separators,
persistent variables named <module>VAR<var name>, default values
named <module>DEF<var name>.
FEAT Improved themeability: blocks now have a wrapper with a specific class
in the builtin theme
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
