(Frodo) Issue 105407:

    * Fixes some typos and unfortunate sentence constructions in the
      Install.txt, README.txt and in the user-displayed texts in the code
    * Adds me as an author in the README.txt
    * Always uses the word vocabularies
    * Adds a help text at admin/help

No actual code logic has been changed.
