Initial import of Drupal 5.1 branch of CCK Wizard.

Significant modifications were made in this revision (e.g. 225% more code) to bring it to a working beta. Among the things added which were Dave's original todo list are:

 * next/previous buttons
 * form validation

After I finished this, I realized that pathauto.module provided the functionality I needed better than this module's approach could have--but it is a good module nonetheless and will likely come in handy for someone else. So, I am contributing the progress I made to CVS.

There is still one known issue that needs to be resolved:

* When adding the CCK Wizard widget to an existing content type, the rest of the fields disappear from the "Manage Fields" tab. This is an existing issue from the 4.7.x-1.x-dev version released (2007-Jan-15) which was used as a base for this branch. I will submit an issue for the project...
