Added displaying precipitation information. Changed updated time information to display abbreviated timezone name rather than "Local." If updating, you must go in to the settings page and check "Precipitation" since variable did not exist previously.

Added caching ability to reduce XML fetches. Believe that if a smaller cache interval is choosen, it will not become the active interval unless the cache is flushed or the current cache entry expires.

Initial commit of wunderground module. The wunderground module allows Weather Underground weather information to be integrated in to Drupal sites.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
