Following changes made:
* moved map settings into admin/settings/content-types so that each content type can now have distinct map settings
* added additional configurable settings for most of Yahoo AJAX map controls
* added a simple YMap view to display multiple location nodes on a single map with themable expandable area on mouse over.
* removed zoom level setting, now relies on either Yahoo Map API estimation, or a zoom level estimation based on available location information.
