'default' migration anymore and it's only necessary for 0.2 migrations
use the env variables the same way as in INSTALL.txt
stop talking about hostmaster when we mean Aegir

tell the user to delete the old site when upgrading
add instructions for sudo/su

add shell commands to remove more module cruft

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
