updated the base 960 theme. Many changes. Supports proper stylesheet ordering and updated helper function for contextual classes. All the information is within the README.txt file.

initial creation of my sandbox and added a test theme based on the 960 Grid System.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
