refactored events to go into the worklfow-ng module,
gathering of actions, configurations, conditions and events possible,
active configurations are cached in workflow-ng's cache table,
processing of configurations is TODO

added initial version of the event handling code,
includes some basic drupal core events

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
