This commit brings changes to cre_top() function. Now it is possible to
get ALL content listed in descending score order.

This commit changes the table completely. Please uninstall current
module, drop dev table and clear out the system table for cre.module.
This verison provides complete seperation between node_recommedation
and cre. cre is now designed to recommend any type of votable content

Ok, intitial testing of production model. cre module provides an api to
the Slope One Alogirthm. It is dependent upon votingapi.module and it WILL
 but not yet, recommend any content type from which votingapi allows
Node_recommedation is a module that plugs into that api to display recommened
nodes
