   * Add Theme-specific settings to darkgrail administrations (admin/build/themes/settings/darkgrail):
           - Optional sidebar width alternatives (grail-devwith.css) during theme development
           - Optional Ad Unit Guidelines and Universal Ad Package
           - Optional grail-overrides.css activation for safe upgrades

   * Make holy grail-devwidth.css deletable once custom ready grail-overrides.css set up
   * Correct rounded corner and use the same images for #secondary tabs
   * Dark color on sidebar form
   * Better readibility
   * Make the block first word title bold
   * Wider space on single sidebar
   * Tested on IE6/7/8, chrome, Firefox, Opera
   * Valid XHTML/CSS
