Changes since 1.1: +3 -0 lines 
- displays context sensitive help if available (see most admin pages)
- displays the page title as the rightmost breadcrumb
- links in a custom.css when site admin has defined one. this appears as the last stylesheet so admin can override whatever you define in the theme without touching the theme's stylesheets. this makes upgrading easier. I am using this feature quite happily.
- fixes bugs 4518, 4527.

9 INSTALLATION:

11 Pretty simple installation just like every other theme out there.

13 1. Copy the directory "marvin_2k" to your themes directory.
14 2. Goto administer->configuration->themes.
15 3. Enable the marvin_2k theme.
16 4. (Optional) Select marvin_2k as the default theme. If marvin_2k
17 is not the default then users will have to select it on their
18 own.
19 5. Goto administer->configuration->themes->marvin_2k
20 6. Configure marvin_2k to make it look just the way you like it.
21 7. Optionally create a custom.css file in your marvin_2k directory and put your site
22 specific CSS there. This overrides the standard CSS shipped with this theme.
