           - Optional width alternatives during theme development
           - Optional borders and sidebar-left background color
           - Optional Ad Unit Guidelines and Universal Ad Package
           - Optional grail-overrides.css activation for safe upgrades
           - Optional grail-devwith.css activation for dev purposes

   * Make holy grail-devwidth.css deletable once custom ready grail-overrides.css set up
