Adding styling to admin panel. Nicer styling of messages with icons. All common css for different styles are now in common.css, no more css includes. Seperate print.css and fix-ie.css.

First attempt at a Drupal 5 conversion for the Slash theme. Also made it easier to make new styles by seperating out only the colors to style.css for the styles.
