Added a few parameters to theme functions that allow you to pass an 'id' addition along. That way you can avoid ID collisions.

* Changed relatedcontent into related-content, this was a typo
The class 'relatedcontent' in box.tpl.php should match that in
block.tpl.php, 'related-content'.
Marking this rtbc since it's a simple typo fix.
