Removing the HEAD 'brach' Development is continued in the 5.x branch.
By the time people are ready for the 6.x branch we will merge the 5.x back in to head.

Adding the reference of the proposed XHTML tree.
It is in initial state: so please add more if you have time.

Also note that any changes to the XHTML of one of the .tpl.php files, requires a change in this document too
