Add Charlie Lowe's revisions to make a better URL.  I'm not certain that
the node ID "nid" is needed.  The comments table has field "cid" as a
primary unique key, so that should be sufficient alone, but adding "nid"
as Charlie did certainly doesn't hurt anything.
