Python port of cvs-release-notes.php. Brings only 1 change in the output: "Don't parse node id shorter than 4. To allow #1... #2... #3... style of commit messages.". Code-wise parsing is done with a totally different and simple approach. And finally, I ported this out of no specific reason, possibly general interest :)

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
