* Changed prefix on files to file- and external links to external-
* Fixed bug in anchor parsing regex
* Detects if there is any text to replace before assuming so in lists
* Detects if the same replacement string is used multiple times and only prints it once
* Allow for external links with a path (e.g. http://www.drupal.org/xmlrpc.php)
